Have you ever had a migraine headache before? If you have then you know that it can cause nausea and it feels like you head is going to explode. The best thing to do is go into your bedroom and make it as dark as you can and as quiet as you can, and just sleep. This is what my niece does for hers, but she also has a RX for migraine meds. When I feel one coming on, I take 2 Motrin Migraine tablets and then do as I stated above.
If it is the flu, some of these flus last longer that you think, I am just getting over a bout of it that has lasted 1 month. If you have some chamomile tea, it can help soothe your stomach.

Good luck and I hope you start feeling better soon.
God bless, sincerely, Juanita

no. I get those all the time...repeat after me..." I (say your name) am not dying. I have a migrane head ache." I get these all the time. vomiting, dizziness, sensitivity to light, pounding head ache that only gets better with sleep in the pitch black darkness. If you have these a lot (once a month or more, every month) I would ask your doctor for medicines you can take as soon as you can feel it coming on.

Imatrex and Frovine are two good ones. They will get 95% of your head ache gone with in 30 mins, but you have to take it as soon as you feel it coming on or it won't work.

I used to take Imatrex, but my migranes were so strong, after a while, it didn't work. and it didn't work to it's fullest in the first place.

Any ways, hope that helped! Feel better!

How long have you been feeling like this? Have you drunk enough water? did you drink too much alcohol last night? Are you running a fever? If you feel like this for longer than a a day and are worried do the smart thing and see a doctor. Obviously the flu can last longer than 2-4 days but it's always better to be safe than sorry.

Don't rely on advice and diagnosis over the internet as a sure thing. See your doctor if you are worried.

Sounds like a typical migraine attack. Have you had ear ringing, are you sensitive to light, or did you have a lot a light flashing in you r eyes sometime before your headache began? Nausea is also very typical. There are very effective medications for that, but of course you need to see a Dr. for an evaluation. Cheese, wine, nuts and chocolate can percipitate a migraine. I know - i have had them for a long time. But again, see your Dr. for relief and medications.

No you are not dying. You probally have a touch of the flu or a nasty Migraine. Get a cool cloth, put in on your head and go lay down in the dark for awhile. Feel better:)

It's probably a migraine. If you throw up you will actually feel better because apparently by throwing up releases some sort of pressure in your head. I have done this myself. when I throw up I know how bad it really is.

Have you been drinking??? Sounds like a hangover to me. If thats not the case and it continues for more than three days I strongly recommend seeing a doctor.

Maybe you just have the stomach flu or food poisoning. Just eat crackers and soup for a few days. You'll be fine.
