a turkey sandwich made with 2 slices of bread (i'm guessing a little over 100 cals for each slice), some deli sliced turkey breast, lettuce, and pickle slices. no sauces.. just that stuff.

an seperately..
a piece of chicken breast that is slightly smaller than the size of a hand (not just the palm, the whole hand), but pretty thin...

Bread is appox 60-80 calories per slice depending on the brand
Lettuce =0
Pickle Slices ...maybe 5 cal.
deli sliced turkey breast ....maybe 60 about 60-90 cal. depends on how much meat you used.
Sandwich = 185 to 255 dependant on what you use.

Chicken breast = about 200

Well depending on what kind of bread. Also have you checked the bbag your bread came in it will tell you how much per slice. Probably 100 calories a piece if its regular size sandwich bread. Turkey is very low calorie. So about 3 small slices is 40-50 calories. Lettuce is 0 cal. One whole pickle has 5 calories. So probably 250-300 calories for your sandwich.

If you'd liek to cut some of those calories I get wheat bread that is only 50 calories a slice. =)

A small piece of chicken breast should be about 250-300 calories.

ask at your deli for information on the turkey and chicken you buy then you will know exactly how many calories it has

you need calories for engery, what you need to look out for is fat grams. everthing has calories, but something are loaded in fat
