I am in a long distance relationship right now. My boyfriend lives 6 hours away from me. I live in Texas, he lives in Kansas. It is really hard and it depends on how committed you are to each other. You have to be completely honest. If he feels like he can't trust you he won't waste his time or money. My boyfriend and I spend about 5 hours a day on the phone. We talk on our breaks at work and about 3-4 hours each night when we get home, sometimes more. Luckily we use the same cell phone company so it is free for us to talk! lol. It takes a lot of time and effort but if you truly love someone and they love you, it is worth it.

Dont go for long distance relationship sweetie. for one you'll never be able to see him when you want or enough. and you dont' know what he's doing back at his home town. sure he'll tell you theres only you i c in my heart but he could be lieing to you. just as you could be doing your own thing here.
Besides you want a guy you can see often and talk to and be with and hug etc... thats to far away for anything to get started on.
Best advise look elsewhere and get over him.

it seems to me the problem in your relationship is not the distance but the fact that you lied, nay if you can reconcile the fact that you lied then may the distance will be come shorter because maybe then he will want to see you

What do you need with the drama, plus the long distance? Find a guy in your home town, & move on.

I have yet to see an long distance relationship work out unless one of you moves closer to each other. Learn from your mistakes.

I think they are really hard to stay focused on, as they are not there to do things with, and it is so costly to talk on the phone or run back and forth, they work for some but for some reason they never did for me, I need someone to be there with me..................good luck

They do work if you want to put in the effort. But I wouldn't advice it to anyone because it hurts so much
