there is this guy at my work place and he is so cute, we flirt a lot and have awkward eye moments. we r both currently not dating, are good friends, and the communication is incredible.

Lots of companies have rules against workplace dating, and it can create tension in the office if things don't go smoothly in the romance.
That said, I say damn your company's policy, and damn the risks. Pounce the guy and never look back.

I have no room to talk. My first couple boyfriends were from work, but I would say it's a bad idea. You'll see way too much of each other and eventually, the relationship will end.
