i met a guy befor my papers were final in my divorce knowi think i migh be falling for him but he only knows the good stuff about me not he bad i did not think it was somethong that i migh turn long term but know im wonering if i should tel him the truth it is not anything crazy i never killed anyone just smaller things that are growing in the web i have tangled

Its better if he finds out from you than from someone else.
Be friends with him for now. Get together if you like.
Tell him there are some things you want to tell him, and then when the time is good for you, let him know. If he is not going to want to be with you because of something you did before, its better that you know that right at the beginning of your relationship than have it crumble after you have been seeing each other for a while.

Well, are you sure he feels the same then go for it. It might just be a re bound reaction, a want to be close to someone and feel secure as your getting divorced. So take it slow and analyze thing before jumping into anything.

whats the hurry? give yourself time to get adjusted first. most relationships that happen after a split are rebounders and dont last long but give you the confidence to proceed in life and love.
take your time and enjoy your freedom, its great.
