I was wondering what would be good for me to eat for breakfast to get me going. I have to be up at 6am and I start work at 8am,

I cant eat egg on toast that dont work, and I dont usually eat breakfast. All the help would b great thankyou

I love yogurt and fresh strawberries for breakfast with a glass of orange juice. It goes down easy and gives me that much needed energy as I get up at 5:30 am for work.

Soy protein smoothies with fruit work very well for me. The soy gives you a quick protein kick that will help give you energy. The added vitamins and minerals help too. Also, the sugars from the fruit give you a good early morning kick.

Quacker makes great oat cereals which are whole grain and keep you full till lunch time. They come in different forms; squares, flakes, etc so you can pick whatever floats our boat. Good move! breakfast will make you feel better all day.

Kashi protein bars-- they're yummy and you can eat them on the run or keep in your purse- also south beach bars the peanut butter especially- great low fat-high protein

Bananas are an excellent source of physical and mental energy. Anything protein.

Fruit and a good cereal with whole grain and milk. That gets you the basics: fruit, starch, and protein.

put orange juice,peanut butter and yogurt in a blender and blend...it tastes weird but it gives you energy

6 timtams, 2 strong short black coffees, and have a packet of lollies!!, u will be buzzing like its friday night and you have just dropped an e!!!!
