No, of course not. People are judged on how they lived. They will have an opportunity to do what they enjoy the most . . . learn more truth.

Yes, for many, the God you describe is actually a selfish tyrant. Morality is irrelevant - only the whims of bully that can throw you into hell.

In my "religion" I do not know where the Buddhist monks go. It is not my place to know, nor my business. What is my business is what is here and now and doing what is right here and now. I cannot count on an afterlife nor "redemption" nor "justice" outside of what I create. But when I think of what sort of world I would prefer to live in, I know that I want a just and caring world because that is how I would prefer to be treated. With this lense can I determine if the Buddhis monks are even moral at all. I don't see them doing much. How are they moral?

if they are saved (the ONLY way 2 get 2 heaven)then no, they won't go 2 hell.
but i don't know what they believe in.
and you're right, there is no TOTAL proof that any religion is totally true, but the baptist religion is the closest, historically 2 the truth. and every person who's gotten saved has felt and seen a huge difference in their life, for the good.
so it sounds like a pretty promising religion, doesn't it?
see for yourself and go to some churches and find the truth.

I would guess yes if the religion is Christianity or Islam.

Christianity isn't even about a person's works or merit (how moral they are)

Islam is more works based, however it still has an emphasis on belief in Allah and Mohammed as his prophet.

God had commanded the greatest sin in which God will never forgive is MULTIPLE FAITH. Meaning praying other than the one and only God, the Almighty. For those who don't believe they are being created by the God and stay away and pray to others. Your conscience should be able to tell where God should reward you.

"There is no salvation by anyone else, for there is no other name under heaven given among people by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)

That about settles it. Morality has nothing to do with your salvation. No one, even the most moral among us is rotten to the core. As it is written:

"Not even one person is righteous. No one understands. No one searches for God. All have turned away. Together they have become worthless. No one shows kindness, not even one person! Their throats are open graves. With their tongues they practice deception. The venom of poisonous snakes is under their lips. Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness. Their feet are swift to shed blood. Ruin and misery mark their ways. They have not learned the path to peace. There is no fear of God before their eyes." (Romans 3:10-18)

If our own morality could save us, then Jesus Christ died for nothing.

A key word there is "probably." You'll have to provide a little more evidence than that.

Christ did say that those who heard and denied him would not be permitted to enter the kingdom of heaven.

Have an issue with this? Take it up with God. He will respond.

eternal salvation is not something that is earned through human efforts...it is a free gift that is given to those who are willing to receive it....

There's no hell, they're going to keep reincarnating back into earth, until they reach nirvana = heaven. no hell, the earth is hell.
