You don't want to lose weight fast. You lose weight fast, it'll come back faster and even more than you originally started with. You need to lose weight slowly, and with exercise. A diet is nothing without exercise.

I lost 12 pounds in three weeks. All I did was cut fast food out of my diet and hit the gym every other day for two hours straight with the emphasis on cardio. No pain, no gain.

there is the protein power diet i had lost 60 pounds in 3 months and haven't gain a pound back, that was over a year ago.... there is one thing as well as watching what you eat you also need some kind of exercise to go with it and there's no over night diet.

You can loose weight in this way.... All you have to do is to get rid of softdrinks, sweets, ice cream, salty, spicy and fatty food. Drink 15 glasses of water a day and eat more fruits and vegetables. Try this because I already lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months without starving. I don't want my intestines and stomach to suffer. Simply try it. :)

Cut our pastas, cut back on macaroni, spaghetti(only small amounts, no Chinese foods.
try this for two weeks;
Eat a healthy breakfast of 1 egg boiled, 1 slice of bread (no marijune) or grits, no butter or marijune. oatmeal, if any sweetner use honey, if any serial used shredded wheat., orange gratefuit, or pineapplce juice.(pick any one o fthe above for breakfast ). 1 slice of bread should be wheat)
lunch eat some kind of fish one day, small serving of chicken the next. At least 1 fruit(apple, orange or grapes) eat a salad every day. Eat cabbage, green beans, or peas, squash, onion, radish, celery, or butter beans. (1 fish or meat with two veggies and 1 fruit.)
for supper eat a small light salad with no dressing or light dressing possible. or skip it all togther.
no cheese, or milk for two weeks no cerall other than creame of wheat.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day. no caffine, 1 cup of coffee or one galss of tea if you prefer those. better to drink fruit juices. apple juice , grate fruit, or grape juice. but small amounts.
No alcoholic beverages or sweets.

Fast just means it will come back with interest. 2 pounds a week is the maximum for keeping it off.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
