And I have only just lost the weight in 3 months. And I didn’t really notice it hurting or aching until it was toned. That is why I said then.

yes it is very normal to ache in the beginning. i had that problem, when i complained muscles were sore, people advised me that i had to keep hitting the weights until my body get used to it. i think your body has gotten really used to it now, did u drinks lots of water? that helps too. Keep up the good work! for stretch marks, cocoa butter or shea butter is supposed to help smooth them out. i think shea butter may work better because it was said that its better than cocoa butter.

Ok, since you got fit now, it just depends on what u say is awhile. If its only been a couple of months then yea, the aching is normal, my suggestion would be to take some ib-prophen or tylenol for that. But if it has been almost a year and you are still getting aches and pains, then it might be something more serious, so my suggestion would be to go see your doctor about that. Also, cut down your training by half.

Once you alternate from chubby to toned, of course you're going to feel a difference. Also, you've worked your muscles in a good way that they've never felt before; so therefore the new movement of your muscles may cause a little tension, but it only lasts for a year at the most, due to the drastic change. You'll be used to it once you keep up with exercising.

Drinking lots of water will help with the muscle aches. Remember to stretch well before exercising. For stretch marks Vitamin E oil in 1000 will help to soften the appearance of them. Depending on your skin color and how soon you have had them you can try Mederma.

You would always ache after a workout no matter how long you've been training. It just depends on how fast your body can recover after the training. After training for a long period of time, your body is used to the training and can recover faster from the aches and pains.

It is normal to hurt after you work out. It's your muscles relaxing. I think in some places of your body you can get rid of stretch marks, but not all.

give yourself time...your body is reacting to sudden weight loss (3 months is a short time) and it needs to adjust to the fact that it's not packing around as much weight as it used to. Take advil or tylenol to aleviate the pain and continue to do your exercises...in time it will all adjust and the ache will subside.
