So theres this guy and we always make eye contact ! why in the world won't he ask for my screen name or numbeR??? is there something wrong with him? and if i have to do something? what do i do!! gosh.. frustrration is bulding up on me its been 4 weeks already.

Go up to HIM and start flirting. If he's making eye contact, it may not be a bad idea to make the first move!
Guys don't always move at the speed we want them to move.

Maybe you're overreacting...eye contact doesn't always have to MEAN something. I make eye contact with people all the time...
But in the case that it DOES mean something, this guy might be shy. Give him subtle hints, and if he doesn't take those gather a spine and walk up to him and ask him what the hell is up? Or you could be nicer than I would and ask him if he'd like to go out sometime, or write down your phone number and/or screen name and tell him to give yah a call or something.
Not all guys are chickens, just some of them need a little push in the right direction.

Make yourself approachable. Don't overdo the gorgeous. The more attractive you look, the harder it will be for him to talk to you. Don't look like a dog either. But just tone it down. Guys like the natural look anyway.
Or approach him yourself. There's not a guy on God's green Earth that wouldn't say yes to an attractive girl asking him for HIS number, even if he has a girlfriend. If he does, then just be friends until they break up. Just don't you try to split them up.

Maybe, like me, the guy is shy around cute girls. Maybe he wants to talk to you but is scared s**tless! If you really like him, you could always make the first move and say hello.

Hey make the move- be proactive- ask him his screen name- go for it. Once you do that- you will find it wasn't as scary as you thought to make the first move! Good luck.

y dont u ask him his number .... or y dont u go strike a conversation with him.... ask him "hey i think ive been noticing u alot lately" dont be too obvious.. or u may scare him off... but go take the 1st step...
