recently my frnd loosed 15 kgs in just 15 days....................i was shocked to see......is it possible to loose 15 kgs in just 15 days........she said she had done all this by execise and by starving herself. plzz help. i also wnat to loose 15 kgs in 15 dayz.

You should try not to loose more than 1to 2 kgs a week. Loosing more than 1-2 kgs a week could affect your health adversely and you will find that you have regained the lost weight after you stop your weight loss program.I found this information on http://tinyurl.com/jax5h

Oh, don't do that to yourself. You can loose weight in this way.... All you have to do is to get rid of softdrinks, sweets, ice cream, salty, spicy and fatty food. Drink 15 glasses of water a day and eat more fruits and vegetables. Try this because I already lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months without starving. I don't want my intestines and stomach to suffer. Simply try it. :)

probably not a good idea
if you want to lose weight the asnwer is NOT starving yourself
because as soon as you stop dieting, the weight all comes back, and in some cases you end up gaining more weight than you lost

It is possible, but not very healthy and she will most likely put it all back on as soon as she starts to eat again, so she starved herself for nothing. It is much better to lose it slower and it will be easier to keep it off too. just exercise more and eat healthier, low fat and low carbohydrate foods.

All the answers above sound good so far. I only want to repeat the warning NOT to lose too much weight too quickly. THAT IS dangerous to your health.
