Well, yes....sounds like a booty call to me...check his cell phone for strange numbers....and sneak up on him after you tell him you have to go spend the night with your grandma or something...

Are you usually not there at 12 am? Did you ask who she was? That answer would take some time. If he starts to keep secrets that might be a possibility. But if nothing seems out of the ordinary , she could have been a neighbor or something. If he was cheating he's doing a lousy job of hiding it.

Could be, but don't just jump to anything. Did you ask him about it? 12 AM is a bit late to have someone over, but maybe there was a situation. I would ask him about it first, but don't attack him. Tell him how you felt about the situation. But don't automatically assume he's cheating, it will only grow on you and make it worse.

use protection til your married.
ask him- if he's looking down or closes his eyes when he answers- it is a possible lie. Does he swear Fidelity? you can't expect him to be faithful unless your bound by marriage. then it is sanctified.
You should ask him when youre emotions are not out of control- to keep you cool. then you will stay level headed- every thing will be ok.
