The fact that he falls asleep when his head hits the pillow isn't nearly as much concern as to why you are barely intimate. The relationship should not be quite as hot & heavy as it first was but there should still be something going on.
Is his job stressful? Is he working really long hours? Is his job very physical? Has your sexual appetites always been different? Has this always been a problem & you thought it would get better? Was he abused as a child?
There's so much that could be going on. The two of you need to talk about this.

we've been together 4 years and married just over a year and a half. we also have a 10 month old together.
needless to say, things can get tricky in the bedroom.
Firstly, he might just be sleepy. so, grant him that and try not to jump to any hasty assumptions. He married you, so he does love you.
Seems like maybe you should change your routine a bit. It's okay to schedule love, but sometimes it can create un-necessary pressure on both of you. maybe he's just not up to the pressure.
So, maybe you should start by not bathing immediately before sex. Most couples find their partner's natural smell attractive. the pheromones can actually be stimulating and boost endorphins. ;-) I try to prepare myself for sex, by taking a long shower in the morning after my hubby's left for work. I take care to shave and then moisturize daily to create the optimal body for both myself and my man long before we hit the sheets. if you are really uncomfortable with not cleansing before sex, switch from a bath to a quick shower. You can always invite him to join you in the bath or shower as well. ;-) you can kick off your romantic evening with a candle lit bathroom and a bottle of champagne or wine.
Another alternative is maybe try setting his alarm clock 30 minutes earlier and jumping him in the morning. Or bathe before he get's home from work.
If you think it will help, sometimes I mix things up a bit by buying a warming lubricant. http://chocolatefantasies.com/ has good discreet shipping and good prices.
Also, if you choose to use food to help wake him, light whipped cream is the best cause it isn't sticky. ;-) Chocolate syrup can get really messy. ;-)
I hope that helps. I know sometimes it can be hard to keep the passion alive. Good luck!
oh, and good lingerie is nice, too! ;-)

first i have to ask: "does he fall asleep during sex?" if so here's my advice:
maybe you should crank up the heat a little... get some massaging lotion, light some candles, get sexy... buy something sexy for him, make a dance or something, just make sure you keep his attention
if it's not during sex and just during "intimate time" then give him a break, maybe he's just tired from work or something

Don't make plans, just make it unexpectedly. Men like to be surprised. Surprise him after taking a bath that way you smell fresh and sweet. Don't take long baths. Remember your body is his and his body is yours so do to him what you want him to do to you. Make it pleasureable.

He is either having some sexual problems which you may not know or he is having an affair. Talk to him and find out the reasons before making any wrong assumption...
