if you want to lose wieght.. you have to eat them in moderatoin. You dont have to give them up, but count your calories.
Go to a few wieght watchers meetings, they teach you an easy way to count "points" and still eat what you want.

Alright, I totally know what you're going through. The taste of the sweet stuff is just too much to give up, right? Its not just as easy as stopping it cold turkey and start eating salads in place of the cakes. Here's what I did when I got the craving. First drink a glass of water, and then have NO MORE than one bite of whatever you were craving, be it cake or pot pie. Its hard to control, I know, but it gets easier after a couple days. Also, sometimes, try having a flavored yogurt instead (my personal fav is strawberry) , its good for you, it tastes good, it'll fill you up, and best of all, it'll satisfy your sweet tooth. Just try to cut down on the sweets, you'll see, it gets pretty easy to avoid them after a week or two, and then the craving goes away almost completely. After a while, you'll start noticing a difference in the way your clothes fit, and it'll be motivation for you to keep walking past the cakes when you're at the store. It'll also give you the motivation to up your exercise, be it going for a brisk walk or joining a gym, and you'll see more and more results. Soon, before you know it, you'll have that lean body you've always imagined and wanted. Just keep your eye on the prize. What's more fulfilling, a cake that you'll regret 10 minutes after eating and yet you'll still want more? Or being able to walk around in your bathing suit at the beach and being proud of your kickin' bod?

just stop with your addicting you gotta force yourself not to eat that creamy chocolate cake or that vanilla pot pie with yams and corn on the side. eating too much is gross all you have to do is stop go run a few miles around the neighborhood and excercise at the gym if you wanna be skinny. after that then you can eat the cake and pie until then quit. say "no" to pot pie like you do drugs. omg how could you be addicted to cake and pie anywayz?
just quit buying them. have someone else shop for you

Dont they taste good? You would be surprised how much other so called healthy foods has sugar and fats in it.My father inlaw is a diabetic.So I have to watch his sugar intake.Almost everything has sugar in it.Sugar makes fat.Cakes and pot pies is not healthy as you know but also look at other foods you eat.

you dont have to throw it all away. you can just give it to somebody so you wont eat it. you can still eat that stuff but watch how much of it you eat. you can save a little of it to eat and give the rest away or throw the rest away because if you just cut it out, you will just crave it more and when you get the chance to eat even the littlest bit you will eat alot more than usual. also do some exercise.

When you decide to seriously do something about it, you will succeed but you've got to want it badly. If you're happy the way you are then keep eating those things you love. It's no fun depriving yourself but there's no other way. I make myself avoid those yummy foods cuz I like the results I see with my body. You will too one day. Good luck
