On my God yes please don't do that or you will be bald headed. These two products use two different kind of chemicals. The per you use either has sodium( if you visit a professional) or calcium( if you use a box perm) Either was you cannot mix these chemicals with the texturizer. A texurizer is nothing more than a weak jerry curl. Your hair will break off and your scalp will be burnt. Plus the scarring may cause your hair not to grow back. If you want a texturizer you must first completely cut of the permed hair and grow at least 3 inches of new growth preparing you scalp and hair for the change in chemicals. This was the first thing we learned in hair school.
