Can you tan if you take ambien?

If you take a half a pill of ambien only for one night, would it be a bad idea to tan tomorrow?

light sensitivity is a remote possibility, but possible none-the-less.

Best to try it in the sun before laying under a light bed.

yes i have taken ambien for 3 years and use tanning beds on a regular basis
