Well I don't know if this is the absolute truth, but I was told by my vet, that eating grass doesn't hurt a dog, and that they do it for reasons of digestion. As for the rocks, mine eats pebbles and again the vet told me it wouldn't hurt him, he would just poop them out. However he said bones, chicken bones were very bad and could cause tears in the intestions, but said peebles wouldn't hurt for they didn't contain any sharpe edges. Not to worry about it.

Keep her away from areas were she does this and give her alternatives like balls, toys and Kong toys that you can put treats inside and dogs like spending time chewing on them and trying to get the treat out. You will need to get tough toys and balls for rotties have Strong jaws. Ask a pet store for toys that are hard for dogs to chew or rip up. Watch the eating rocks she could chip or break a tooth and or swallow one

Change her food. Some foods don't have the correct nutrition for dogs. Like junk food for people.
Look into Innova EVO, California Natural, Artemis, Wellness, and Canidae. All are good, all have websites.
Read "Foods Pets Die For" by Ann N. Martin for all the gruesome details. You will be shocked and amazed!

Grass is not so bad for them, keep her away from those rocks though! My black lab is 3 yrs old and still grazes on the tall grass up against the fence in my yard...

You can't. Get her toys & hope her attention is averted from the rocks, eating grass is normal.

Give her something to teethe on. All dogs eat grass at one time or another, it adds fiber to their diet.

leave her a bowl of hard puppy chow out at the max for her weight. Give her plenty of chew toys to play with. and give her fresh new ones when she wears them out. Take her to a vet and get her checked out.
