if you want the FASTEST way then it would probably be a crash diet and exercise but i do not suggest doing that because it is very unhealthy. if you want the fastest but healthy way, you should count and cut down your calories a little at a time. so instead of 2,000 or more, you cut down to 1,900 then cut down about 100 every two months or so until 1,400 at the least. you should also exercise more. you should keep a journal to keep track of what you eat and what exercise you do and for how long. i suggest not to take any pills because once you stop taking them, you usually just gain the weight right back.

The best way is to reduce excess weight gradually by following a proper diet and exercise plan.1-2 kgs of weight loss a week is highly recommended. Hem man do not be so harsh to yourself.Just think how much time you took to put on.It is not a cloth you can put off any time.It takes time and serious efforts to achieve this objective.So be ready to do regular exercises(may be under guidance from an expert) and you might have to reduce your intake by 15-20 percent.With the passage of time you will achieve the results.

Have you gain weight in a fastest way. If yes, reverse the process.
If NO you will lose your health also. Do not go for fast method.

To work - If nothing to do, just run along the road preferably morning and evening. You would definitely lose unnecessary weight within 15 days.

Eat absolutely all three meals a day, I am dead serious, eat breakfast and you wont be so hungry at lunch, so you wont eat so much, eat the lunch and you wont eat so much for dinner, it seriously works. (Take an occasional walk when you get the time too.)

Don't eat oily/fatty/greasy foods.
Stay away from fast food especially.
Try eating fruits and vegetables for every meal.
