I am completely anxiety ridden right now. I don't know why, but I can't concentrate in school anymore and I get so stressed out. I just binged today, after only having 200 calories (which is good) and now everything is messed up. I don't feel like I'm worth anything. I didn't even do my homework yet, and I don't think I can sleep. What should I do about this? Should I talk to someone?

Yeah...I'm planning to keep my intake at 200 calories per day - not meal. I'm just so sad and anxious from binging. I must have went over 1500 calories!!!

I feel so guilty after eating! I literally feel like going to run 5 miles or cutting myself! I'm such a fat pig.

I've been anorexic since I was 12/13, I'm 16 now so it's funny that you say 'I'm on the road to anorexia..'

My, you are anxious. My advise, as it usually is, is to see a psychologist or a therapist. You can try to work these things out on your own, but it is generally best to not try to self-counsel, but to go to a professional. They are in the business for the same reason as the medical doctors: They want to help people.

Between now and your first appointment, I would try slowing down. It seems to me that you have become obsessive and neurotic. In order to heal, you have to want to heal, which means breaking a lot of bad cycles. It will take time, but you seem a person who needs to learn to love yourself. I don't know you, but I don't have to know you to tell you that you don't deserve the beratement you're hammering on yourself. Try some meditation practices that will slow down your mind. Just sit for 15 minutes and focus on your breathing and being gentle with yourself. Whatever thoughts come into your mind, always remember to be gentle with yourself.

And get thee to a therapist.

I hope you binged after you had the 200 calories. You might want to talk to a doctor about your anxiety, it affects your school work and your sleep. There's no need to go through life feeling like that.
Do deep breathing exercises, you depriving your body of oxygen, when you're anxious you constrict everything. Lay flat and start breathing in slowly to the count of four and exhale to the count of four, do that for 15 minutes and in bed do the same and tell your brain to relax your toes and slowly work your way upwards all the way to your fingers and breathing deep and slowly. If that doesn't help see a doctor.

only 200 calories? what does this mean? 200 calories per meal? or day?

either or.. both are bad. your diet is effecting you physically the anxiety is probably coming from a mineral disorder.
and it's effecting the chemistry in your body.. the stress will only compound this problem.

you need vitamins dear.. and to eat more.

you also need to talk to a doctor about all of this and have them look you over.

200 calories? ??? is that it?

for the day under your stress and activity you probably need 1500 to 1800 calories a day AT the LEAST.

no wonder you have anxiety!! I would be miserable trying to get through a day on 200 calories.. you will continue to binge if you
continue that way.. sounds like your on the road to anorexia to me. are you overweight? even if you are you will defeat your purpose.. unless you allow your self at least 1000 calories a day..

whats up with feeling quilty, after eating ? 200 calories, a day, you won,t last long like that, you have not shared with everyone, why you feel this way, how can anyone give you some good advice, unless you really say whats on your mind ? we need more to go on, if you want someone to help you, and yes you need to talk to a professional, and tell them everything, don,t leave nothing out, and you truly need to want the help, and be willing to to everything you have to, so you can feel better about yourself,
