1) His manly & gentlemanly charms
2) Good feeling towards his overall performance & behaviour
I think these 2 points are REALLY important and appearance is not really essential at all. Ultimately, most ladies want to own a bf or husband, not because of his looks but more towards his great personality!

the way he looks at me. I'm a server and if there is a nice looking guy at the table and he starts off being really polite and maybe giving me a flirtatious look than he might just get my attention. I don't like guys who try and hug you or touch you when they don't even know you or are over aggressive. keep it simple and slow... and keep eye contact!!

its his personality.. If he is outgoing, self assured, but polite, humorous, generous, and genuinely tries to make each person around him feel as comfortable as they can... Its this certain aura around him that attracts all people to him..
