just put the candy bar down, and go for a piece of fruit. It's much healthier all the way around. If you must have candy, then try the sugar free. Of course it all depends on your body, and how you metabolize certain chemicals. some people can metabolize sugar and others fat.

And as for the rest, no candy bar is good for any diet, so it doesn't matter which you pick, none of them are healthy. Even the sugar free ones have alcohols in them which can wreak havoc on the stomach, giving cramps and oh so much more.
Best to eat candy in moderation.
