Yes i recently bought some protein. I was wondering Does this just help Gaining Wieght , because if so then i do not want to take it because i want to get rid of my wieght. I really just want to Lose Fat and Wieght if gaining muscle is a byproduct of that is fine i want my appearance to change. So my main Question is Does Whey Protein Help Getting rid of unwanted fat and wieght?

One Other thing is I go to Golds Gym Every day. I currently wieght 222 but with alot of fat. Someone suggested i take some protein but i been hearing its just for wieght gaining muscle mass. I run for about 25 minutes every day and lift wieghts. I was wondering if it helps with fat reducing and wieght loss also

Protein helps build muscle if you do not work out you will get big if you do work out you will get big. best thing work out leave the supplements alone except for maybe a multivitamin

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
