is interval excersise ok if your trying to lose weight i work out for around 90 mins atleast 6 days a week i do 50 mins in the morning 30 mins at lunch time and 20 mins befor tea is this good if i want to lose weight or will i lose more weight just doing one 90 min session in the morning.
which method would be the best for weightloss also how much excersise is enough for the day/week to lose weight is what i am doing enough i also stick to a pretty good diet.
ive lost 13 kilos in 10 weeks so far.

Actually interval exercise has been found to be better than longer, one-time exercise because it keeps your metabolism going strong for a longer period of time. Four 10 minute walks are better than 40 minutes of continuous walking. Godloveya.

Interval is better than one long session because it will keep your metabolism higher for an extended period of time, so you will be burning fat and building muscle more throughout the day
