There are some studies which suggest artificial sweeteners can actually increase your appetite and slow down your metabolism. I stay away from all diet products, especially if you are on a diet. Sounds backwards, I know, but stick with water or tea sweetened with cane sugar or regular sugar (Not high fructose corn syrup!).

ya.. diet soda is nothing but carbonated water. Your tummy is gonna be empty most of the time n any kind of soda is going to cause acidity and you may end with tummy ulcers.
Ulcers cause severe pain, heartburn and they dnt go away quickly..
inshort:: Diet Soda is BAAAAD.

umm drink any diet soda with splenda in it all of the other has apertain which can cause ur metabolism to slow down and its just not good for you! good luck!

NutraSweet is a neurotoxin when heated (I don't think those trucks are refrigerated, they look like big easy bake ovens to me)
Caffeine robs your bones of calcium

Acid can destroy your tooth enamel
Caramel color stains your teeth
You are much better off sipping on a fruit juice or better yet water.
