does JC condone teenage pregnancy?
does He condone premarital sex among his flock?

I think the problem is that all these little Christian teenagers have all these hormones, but their religion forbids them to learn sex-ed, and then they get pregnant because they don't know how to use a condom.

I don't think I agree with you here. What does wearing a condom have to do with having premarital sex. Has alot to do with not getting pregnant but nothing to do with not having premarital sex. I believe Christian adults are doing a very poor job with our children in teaching them the holiness of sex within marriage -- of teaching them how to be set apart from this world -- of teaching them very early in life about sex and how it is intended to be a blessing to two people within the marriage covenant.

The selling of sex in our culture around us permeates the thoughts and minds of our Christian young people because we have not taught them how to separate themselves from this world. We let them view sexually stimulating movies and then are surprised when they act out the immoral sexual activity they have viewed on the movie screen.

Christians are called to no longer conform to this world. I see much more conforming of young Christians to the world than I see the world being transformed by young Christians. And sadly that is because many adult Christians interact with the world in the same way.

Why does it bother you so much if what you say is true? Do you believe that if they are a Christian they can't make mistakes or be misled by others? Are Christian teens more likely to get pregnant that non-Christian teens? I've actually experience quite the opposite when I was in High School. Not to say that no Christians I knew got pregnant, but out of the 5 or 6 that were pregnant, only one considered themselves Christians. Unfortunately it is a mistake that has quite permanent and obvious consequences.

Christians are human too. Next you'll be asking why all these supposedly republican americans that are in the majority allowed demorcats to win the house and the senate.

Go slap an arbitrary label on yourself and try to live up to it.

It's not like the supposedly Atheist, Agnostic, and Pagan teenagers are doing any better at figuring out how to use condoms is it?

lol, using a condom is the least of the True problem here. The problem is not whether or not they get sex-ed, but they are not believing in Scriptures that teach to abstain from sex before marriage, they should be taught, their first sex partner should be their spouse, they should be taught abstinence, not sex-ed. They should be taught that the Bible teaches that fornicators will not enter into the Kingdom of God.

1Cor:6:9: Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10: Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

If they have sex before they are married, they are in fact a fornicator. This is what they should be taught, but they are not taught this, they are basically taught by the churches of today, do what you want, then repent of it, they are taught Once you are Saved, you will always be Saved regardless of what you do or how many sins you commit, ( in other words, a license to sin ), teaching them about condoms is not the answer, teaching them to fear God is what they need to be learning, but they are not, for who fears God ?

It's hard to say.

If you take the Bible literally, no.

If you take Jesus at his word, it depends on what you do in the future. If you end up divorcing the girl, not supporting the children you made, then you are probably in some trouble.

My view is simple. You engage in sex, you are automatically married and can't divorce except for adultery.

Any "Christian" who has multiple sex encounters or partners, has some severe issues they must overcome.

Where'd you hear that they're forbidden to learn sex-ed? I'm a christian teen, and I go to a public school where I learn sex-ed, trust me, we know a whole lot more than you think...BTW, I'm not one of those horny teens who have stupid sex. In fact, a lot of my christian teenage friends aren't...Oh, one last thing, the church teaches us to stay away from sex and stuff until we're married, so even if we aren't learning sex-ed we're getting schooled not to do it religiously the rest is up to the will power of the individual.

I think because, for one thing, the church is filled with good and bad sheep.

Secondly, these teenagers really haven't given their lives to the Lord. They end up being attracted to someone while being slightly rebellious to their parents because their parents want them in church but they aren't interested, they are more interested in boys and other attractions of the world, that brings us back to the beginning, being unconverted to the Lord.

The problem isn't all with hormones, but also with bad planning, and a flawed decision process.

Early dating, easy access to privacy, lots of pressure to have sex, and no clear understanding as to why they should wait.

I think you just answered you own question. They are told that their bodies are a taboo subject so of course they will do the opposite they are told.

In Europe, especially germany, the human body is not frowned upon, and there is so much less teenage sex and pregnancy because it isn't a mystery to them.
