i want to know the circuit diagram of any device which can work with sound signal. ie lamp, toys

A miniature microphone (electret) and signal amplifier to trigger the device.
With the proper associated components (coil, capacitors, resisters) the operation can be activated only by a limited frequency range or volume or both.
