Which side is most common for tragus piercing?

I have my cartilage pierced on my left, and two holes on the lobes. I was thinking doing it on the side with my cartilage?

I got mine done on the right because I had my left upper cartilage also pierced. It used to be that gay people got their piercings on the right, straight people on the left, but I don't think thats really the case anymore.

I have chosen to decorate my left side for some reason. Out of my 9 ear piercings, 6 of them are on the left. My two tats are on the left side. I might be going in for my rook tonight (will be on my left).

I just prefer it. Although, I would go with the side you are least likely to sleep on. I sleep on my left, so it hurts like a wench with each new piercing.

Depends on the area in which you live at. Lots of people get both sides done, some get their right, and some get their left. Its a personal choice. You could always call your local tattoo & body piercing shop and ask them which do they piercer more of.

The most common side is usually the side that you would prefer.
I have mine on my left along with my conch piercing, I know people with it on their right and even people with both done.

As a professional piercer, I also suggest you get it on the side you are least likely to sleep on (I have made that mistake a lot) as well as the side you like better. Its your ear, its up to you.

There is no most common side. Mine is on the right, my rook is also on the right. I chose the right side because I normally sleep on my left side. And it's going to be uncomfortable to sleep on for a couple weeks.
