set yourself goals and only when you finish what you were supposed to do, then you can reward yourself by using the computer--requires self-discipline :)
eg, i must complete today's english and science assignment in 1 hr before i can use the computer for 1 hr.
or
i must complete all of today's assignments by 3 pm (state time) before i can use the computer for the rest of the day.
try it... gd luck... :D

You gotta think about Happiness, and the best course of action to become happy... If you base happiness of good grades, and feel bad when you receive poor grades, then work on grades... Also, school is important these days, its been 3 years since i graded from high school, and i wish i could redo it if i could.. but i'm still happy anyhow...

Haha...I guess I have the same problem.
umm...
you could set a time for when you play the computer.
but that doesn't work for me all that well.
you could try multitasking.
or...you could pick an activity on the computer that requires waiting time. then, you could do your homework or whatever while waiting.
good luck! =]
