I just put Biospot on my dog and he is SO lethargic. It's freaking me out. Ever experience this with any top-spot flea stuff? Should I do anything???

This is one of the reasons we veterinarians don't keep Biospot on our shelves!!!!

Wash it off RIGHT NOW with Dawn dishwashing detergent (or a similar brand that cuts grease), then get it in to the nearest emergency clinic ASAP. Don't panic if seizures develop, but hopefully you'll get there before they do. (And if you're fast enough with washing before more gets absorbed, you might be able to avoid seizures altogether.)

Get off the Internet, and GO!!!!

Take him to the vet. I have never heard of Biospot, but your dog could be having a reaction. I would take him as soon as you can. Frontline and Advantage are usually safe products, and could be a better alternative. Good Luck!

MY VET recommends Biospot and mine never had any adverse reactions to it but every dog is differant just like people, The reason vets do not carry it is they sell the more expensive stuff that even CAUSES reactions in some dogs, Wash the dog thourghly and go to the vet immediately.

I would seek medical advice with regard to your dog, honestly, it would not be something I would wait and see what happens with. Good Luck to you and your pup.
