what i find the most amazing about this question is the number of people who answered to correct you about jesus being a jew and not a christian, and then left it at that, without answering the question. this is typical of church christians and many athiests. they answer questions in hopes of degrading the person asking the question so they can feel better about themselves.
yes. jesus was a jew and not a christian...so what. the question can still be answered..it's not a trick question.
and yes, jesus was an anarchist, but i already answered that question elswhere.

A Christian is a follower of Jesus. How can Jesus be a follower of himself? As for him being an anarchist, yes he was. He questioned any authority other than God.

The Romans thought he might be an anarchist as far as they were concerned because He was drawing big crowds and thought he might be a threat to their orderly governing the Jews. The strongly religuous Jews would easier believe He was an anarchist because they considered Him a threat because of the believers He was gathering as followers. He is the Messiah and had shown the power elite religuous Jews that He was more on target with the Tenauch than they were.

No. Tobegan with jesus was not a christian.. Christianity had not been invented yet.
Jesus was a jew and showed no interest outside the jewish faith.
He sought to estabish himself as the leader of the jews by claiming to be gods son. His aim was to remian jewish but lead the jews. not establish a new religion.

Jesus followed the dictations of god. Since god laid down the laws, rules, ect. and Jesus encouraged people to follow what god said, he doesn't sound like much of an anarchist.

You should have done some research, because if you had you would know that Jesus was a Jew, and Christianity didn't happen until long after he was dead.

No evidence that Jesus was a Christian!!
His disciples were first called Christians in Antioch. At first it was a derogatory term. But it meant "a person like Christ".
Jesus was (and is) the Christ. He was not "like Christ".

Jesus CHALLENGED the religious teachings of His day! Calling the Pharisees
a "den of vipers"!
He said that, "All that men teach for doctrine, (teachings), are the commandments of
men. And they know nothing of the weightier matters of the Law, like Judgement and mercy!"
I printed this before and would you believe people criticized me! What don't they
understand about Judgement, and MERCY?"

You cannot judge a person who lived 2000 years ago by the political standards of the modern age.
