ok here is the thing...this guy and i have been hangin out w/ the same friends for almost two years now well just bout 3 weeks ago i msgd him on facebook just said hey well we ask me for my yahoo messenger name so i gave it to him...well since then we have been talkin...well that 1st weekend he came to town and hung out w/ me and one my friends..the next weekend he had some plans friday night but saturday night he told me he was gonna come and sit in town w/ me well he ended up inviting me to go to eat w/ him and some friends said he really wanted me to go...he told my friend that he likes talkin to me...he calls me cupcake and buddy all the time...he has been sendin me text msgs all the time...everyone has been asking me what is goin on b/t us and so i asked him and he said rain check well he told me the next day to tell everyone we were gettin to know each other...what do yall think does he like me??? will n-e thing happen??? hes the sweetest guy ever...i do like him

There definitely seems to be a connection between the two of you! But the last thing you want to do is pre-empt whatever it is that may unfold by getting a step ahead of him.
In my opinion ~ asking him what's the real score between the two of you may have been risque and it could have been a damp cloth that he was willing to look past (hence the "rain check" response).
Just be natural with the whole process, don't rush into things and leave things up to him as the two of you get to know each other. All the best!

yeah, He likes ya. Try not to be like alota chicks and push it u will scare or chase him away. Just leave the ball in his court for as long as u r able. Keep your Independence know that u got all the same friends.
