Wow are you lucky! They will all give you a great workout, all different. The elliptical will give a great workout, treadmill would be second, and the bike third I guess if you wanted them in order. I would use them all for variety and cross training if I were you, what a great workout!

treadmill I use it everyday for a month and it really paid off. My whole body is slim er and I now go three times a week to maintain it. It just takes discipline, so set your goals and go after them. Your hot body is just around the corner.....
