in length and brown, I am thinking of cutting it and maybe dying it back to blonde, I have been brown for almost a year and I think it makes me look like im on heroin...I dont know, what do you think?

Definitely cut it. Hair that long rarely looks good unless you're 10. Dyed blond looks cheap. Maybe go golden-brown if you want it lighter.

I don't know how old you are or what kind of shape your hair is in, but I've noticed that people who don't color their hair tend to look healthier and, frankly, better than those who do.
As long as your hair is you know it will be difficult to get your natural color back once you dye it, and since you've colored your hair before you know how hard hair color is on your hair. the more you color it, the worse shape your hair gets in, and the lighter you go the harder hair color is on your hair.
I understand those who color to hide gray. Otherwise, though, it seems to me that hair color just damages healthy hair and makes it look unhealthy.
Cutting it is totally up to you. I like long hair, myself, but again, if it isn't healthy looking it should be cut. Lanky, split ends just make long hair look stringy and ugly. A good cut, even for longer hair, can give your hair body and a look of health.
Just my opinion. That and $5 will get you a cup of coffee these days.

Leave your hair long. If the colour makes your face look odd, then put another richer colour over the top of it, or get some highlights. Nothing looks worse than dark regrowth on bleached hair.

burnettes are the new blonde. People will think that you are stupid. Trust me when i was younger(around 10) My hair was dirty blonde and ppl would call me stupid. go natueral girl!

I would reccomend leaving it brown but if you really want to go right ahead, its your hair.
