IT WILL LOG OFF WINDOWS, AND THEN WILL FREEZE ON "SAVING YOUR SETTINGS" HAVE LET IS SIT FOR OVER 1/2 HOUR AND NOTHING....I HAVE TO MANUALLY TURN OFF COMPUTER.....

IE7 is still in beta phase... you should not have downloaded it in the first place.
Anyways, just go ahead n uninstall it.
Go to control panel- add remove program- click on the show updates check box right at the top, select ie7 in the list and click remove.
Then just restart your computer and you will get ie6 back.

Uninstall ie7 and it will automatically go back to ie6.

mine does that too i just hold down the bottom that is on the box for 3 seconds.
