Better to find a flaw in oneself.You can sometimes fix a flaw in yourself,but you can never fix one in someone else.Very frustrating to find them in others...

In religion wise, never be afraid to tell the truth, it is a sin to find flaw in others, but it is always rewarding to advise people to come back to the right path in life.

To find one in yourself, then you will know and act accordingly. Also, you won't be surprised if someone says something to you about it.

yes... that quote means it's better to take responsibility for you actions than blame everyone else for what they did.... even if they had some cause in your actions
