clear skin in a week?

i have fairly oily skin and i use proactiv so i only have little pimples in certain spots on my face i was wondering if there was a way to get my skin totally pimpless in a week that wont interfere with the proactiv?

I would get Differin gel. It is AMAZING. It is really expensive though and can cause some drying but it will clear your skin up over night trust me.

Dont use anything else. You can not use to acne products at once. You will end up with raw skin.
