well, all the stuff you want to put into it, like the tv and artwork, is not included in the price of a home.
But ultimatly, the cost depends on where you buy-Malibu, CA vs Henry, Il
Check out real estate sites with multi million dollar homes in an area you are interested in and you might be able to find one with some of the features, like the theater. If it has a motorcycle course or horse property, you could modify that into a paintball course with a bulldozer and some hay bails. Maybe a bowling alley could be modified into the d&d dungeon...with a bar!

Your dream house sounds great - especially the dungeon ;)
As for a price, it could be anything from £50,000 for a "land and bricks" if you did the work yourself in a cheap part of the world to £10,000,000 if you wanted this in the middle of Central London.
Your question is a little bit vagues insofar as I am not sure if you want a price for your dream house with all these things in it - or the price of each one indivudally. In both cases this gets a bit hard as something like "theatre" could be as cheap as £2,000 for a projector, screen, surround sound and a few bench seats, to £500,000 (or more) if it includes a 30' x 100' room in an expensive part of the world.
TV wall is going to vary hugely depending on whether you are looking at projection, LCD / plasma / "stacked n racked" CRT's and how big the wall is - 8' x 8' or 30' x 10' ?
The dungeon. Again are you talking of the cost of kitting one out or the cost of having the space PLUS kitting out?
A war room, again, could be as little as £1000 for paint, nets, clever lighting etc - but if including the cost of the room itself, then add anything from £25,000 to £350,000.
Small TV ceiling over bed - perhaps £1,000 - £5,000 for a 42" > 63" flat screen TV with appropriate brackets
Art work? £10 if done by you with some mates. £10,000,000+ if you get one of the worlds best artists to do your house from top to bottom. Need a wee bit more info here but a local artist might perhaps be happy with anything from £100 to £500 a day working.
As I said, sounds fab but if you want a price, we need sizes, dimensions and in some cases clarification on whether you are talking about "just contects" or the room as well. Esp large gaming room which could be next to nothing (paint and lights) to a fortune (real estate in an expensive area)

What exactly do you want the estimate on? Building the size of these spaces or the components going in them or both? It would help greatly if you had actual room sizes, tv sizes, etc. Your best bet is to call in a contractor and decorator to get the answers you want!

move into an abandoned warehouse, and steal everything you want. Cost nothing, Or 15 to 20 years, if you get caught, but you still get the accommodations for free.
