The thing is, I am 17. So I have told my friends that he totally has a crush on me and they all think he is a perv, yet he hasnt made any bad passes or anything..hes shy around me and its obvious that hes always looking at me. Oh, and he's married.

It's totally possible. It's just shunned by some societies.
Well first of all, it's illegal in the United States for you to see a man who's 34 when you're not 18. Second of all, he's married... so that should be enough motivation to keep you away from this man. Unless you really want to, then go for it, what do I know?

sure, this is attainable. As for no depend if this is incestuous... there is an exceptional line. Incest is sexual family members between people classed as being too heavily bearing directly to marry one yet another. In distinctive places, that's criminal for first cousins to marry one yet another. In some places, this is not. i don't think of that legality could be your substantial issue. that would likely be your loved ones's reactions.
