like the nurse said, no the puss is too think. however if you are very neat and clean about it i'm sure you can use a CLEAN needle that is steralized to prick it clean and drain the puss out. emphasis on clean and sterile. that's why doctors tell you not to pop your own pimples, b/c your hands are dirty and can easily infect the pimples which can lead to worse pimples and scarring. the best thing to do is put a salicylic type OTC acne med on it and wait for it to heal.

No you can't stick a syringe in a pimple and suck it dry. The pus in a pimple is to thick to go up the needle. I'm a nurse and I have tried it. Gross.

No. You'll leave a scar and possible infect the area. Pimples aren't just pus, but inflamed tissue. Don't do it. You'll be sorry.

nah just rub some rubbing alcohol on it and dry it up in a day or so you can pop it.
