how on earth could a different country come in over night and suffer deaths of it own to try to stop the problems, this is very strange thinking i feel, because as soon as you leave their country their will simply return to their own ways of killing, if a group of humans are not smart enough to keep them selfs alive on their own smarts, should they be forced to hear logic they simply can't see, is their room on this planet for such a breed of killers, would it be better to go with the flow they like and just let them kill off their whole race, could this be the best fix, seams they would be happy to complete their mission without our force to make them stop, what seams more logical i really can't see logic in their thinking at all, what do you think please be nice in your reply

I feel it may be best to just let them contenue but without us,,, later century 21 can sell the land to a smarter group that has better thinking abilitys and a small amount of logic in their heads.

I don't know if you or the other people who have answered so far have been to Iraq....or the middle east and it isn't critical. During my time there many of us (civilian & military; US, UK, Aussis) after long discussions and debates finally came up what we believe is truly the real reason we are in Iraq...or at least should be. It has nothing to do with oil, US or western politics, religion, the preservation of the Iraqi culture or the people as they exist today or whether they kill each other or not.

It is simple, obvious and important and something the rest of the Arab (and Persian Iran) countries fear, dread and would (and might) do anything to stop. However as obvious as it is expressing the objective and providing all the reference material is, well, I've done so often that it becomes draining. But just try to think of the most feared action that couldhappen to a Muslim/Islamic government.

My views on your Q? They have been killing each other for over 2000 years and regardless how long we stay or if we go they will keep doing it. The killing and fighting is tribal, sect vs sect of Muslim religions, clan fueds, family fueds, honor, dis-honor and preceived beliefs of each. And they murder, maim, and assult for alleged, real or imagined insults, slights or gestures more often then for financial or territorial gain. Do all the Iraqis do this..no. But in my experience there.... in happens far more often that any sane (western) would have imagined possible.

Rack it up to different cultures, beliefs, history or even a lack of a basic level of education or common sense. Is it their fault? No. Is it univerisial in the middle-east or in the Muslim world? No. I have seen, meet and worked with Kuwaitis and Bahrainians that have educated, sensible....and basically westernized behaviors. But is the the right answer to stop the killing and violance...no.

If the goal of our being in Iraq that I did not expresss...and yes I and the guys in Iraq could be wrong...is not achieved then my own opinion? Leave them to continue their own culture, fueding, continuos killing and let them for the most part...remain stuck in the 13th century.

Nowever, if they or their buddies initiate attacks on America, Americans, our international interests or our military assets and people; like the attack on the USS Cole then the let the full might of the USA rain down upon them and my God forgive them. And as for Allah....even he won't be able to save them.

Ok, more than you wanted to know but those are my views...especially after riding in convoys hit by IEDs 7x and killing 12 people....and I won't even discuss the 35 plus mortar attacks, and 5 missile attacks that hit near by and also injured and killed civilians and soldiers. By no one forced me to work in Iraq....and I hope to return back there and work with our troops again.

you are missing the point
first of all it is much more than a thousand years it is minimum 6000 years
and religion was created so that there would be different cultures who could then make war with each other.
this has always been the strategy of DIVIDE AND RULE.
a huge population is hard to control ,so humanity had to be chopped into controllable sections

ALL WARS have always been planned as business ventures ,to make money.
this is how the Illuminati has always operated
the world is divided into a collection of overlapping pyramids(like religion, race, cultures, business,)

the elite at the top are mostly related to the elite at the tops of other pyramids ,

The royal families are all related ,so are the presidents to them ,and dictators ,and heads of large global businesses and the church .
almost all are related ,and they all have wars with each other to make money and power struggles

the masses below are just cannon fodder ,that is why Presidents, kings Dictators can so easily waste their own people because their public is not their own people ,other Kings ,Popes,Presidents ARE

Their actions have nothing to do with religion. They only use it as a tool to inflame the masses to their views and crush anyone who disagrees. You preach to the people about God and Country, and then you tell them the nonbelievers are going to destroy their way of life. Its about power and greed, thats what they really believe in.

They love to kill and what can we do to stop them.We can do nothing. They have been killing each other for 2000 years, and they will continue killing for the next 2000 years. So just forget them and bring our boys home.
