Because you haven't had sex....

2006-11-13 14:41:33 · answer #1 · answered by F.J. 6 · 3 1

I was like you...I was really freaked out because I was 20 and still a virgin, so what I did was I just found some guy and did it so I wouldn't be a virgin anymore. Now I regret it. And the experience wasn't good. I didn't even like the guy and had to get real drunk to go through with it.

There is no need to rush. So what if you are 18 and haven't had sex. I know you might feel left out especially if all your friends have, but when you get older you will have bragging rights to say you waited to lose your virginity until you were ready and mature. If anyone looks down on you for it, screw them, they are shallow and immature.

Maybe it's because you haven't found anyone right for you to have sex with.So find the right person and if you don't,just wait until you're married,it's not fun loosing you virginity when you're still young, cause you may never know what will happen, like my friend got pregnant at a party just a week ago,and she's only 16,and the guy doesn't want to even be a part of the baby's life.So becareful if you do have sex,and make sure that the person loves you.

Because you are waiting for the right person who loves you for you and you love them the same. Maybe your wife perhaps? Or maybe you just aren't ready to have sex or you haven't had any sexual relations with a girl. Honestly, there isn't anything wrong with being a virgin. I hate how the media protrays it now with movies like 40 year old virgin making it seem like it's such a horrible thing to be a virgin and that we are jokes. Seriously, it's not bad and if you think it is then maybe you should just lose it to the next girl you see. Good luck and I hope you make smart decision because once it's gone. It's gone.

dylan, you ask this question because you believe society expects everyone to lose their virginity at age 18. don't trust this valuable asset in the hands of the media.

also, dont trust in the people who tell you that sex is dirty, taboo, wrong or immoral. there is nothing immoral about having sexual intercourse. we think sexual promiscuity is a growing problem among young adults today because the media exaggerates it.

however, if you have self control then what others say about you is meaningless, for you should have the best for yourself. that includes a healthy sex life. if you really yearn for it, you have to chase it down, because sex doesnt come to you if you dont have the looks or the money.

go for it. just beware those people who promote sex voraciously and those who treat it like a mortal sin and that not having premarital sex makes you "smart" .these are all lies. stay away from these two ends of the spectrum.

There's nothing wrong with being a virgin. I'm only 17 and I'm still a virgin. I won't have sex until i know that man is right for me. You're still one because you haven't find a person you want to have a intimate relationship with. Don't let anyone bug you about it. I know i won't!

there is no set age to lose ones virginity. The first time should be something you remember always. It should be with someone special. Maybe that special person hasn't come along yet. Lots of young people claim to have lost their virginity when in fact haven't. There is no harm in waiting.

being a virgin at your age is NOT a bad thing chances are you haven't had sex yet due to the fact that you haven't found a girl special enough to have your first time with or mabye it's fear that you will not be good at sex but do not feel weird of stupid when the time comes you will know what to do and it will be something you will never forget
best of luck to you !!

umm...well only you would know the true answer to that question. I think that you may not be ready for it. But I think that it's cute that you still are a virgin that means that you aren't a guy that goes around sleeping with whomever. I RESPECT that and that's a HUGE plus!
