How do I dispose of an old broken television?

Its a 19" and it has just been sitting in my room

Take it to a recycle company who takes television sets. or you could phone the garbage company and they may tell where you can take it. You don't want it in the land fill because of harmful chemicals in the T.V. that can seep into our water system which we do not want to drink or eat Marine food that been contaminated by it.

Give to the Good Will,, they fix broken things and then resale,, a really good organization.
