No, we just learned about this in health class. Unless you work out and eat a good diet with the diet pill you will see results. If you just take the diet pill and don't do anything, you will see no results. You have to be extremely careful when picking out diet pills, because some people have died from them. Stay away from the diet pill called "Yellow Jackets".

My aunt took a pill called reductil; it works as an appetite suppressant, much like Xenical. However, as opposed to Xenical, you only take it once a day (Xenical should be taken after every meal). Within a month my aunt lost a significant amount of weight. I think she lost around 20 pounds in three months.

I'm working hard to lose excess poundage, too, but remember to rest up (at least seven hours of sleep every night) to prevent burnout. it's good that's you've enrolled in Weight Watchers because a suport system is very crucial to successful weight loss. Don't be dicouraged by diet and exercise pitfalls; everyone has them. Just get up and try again.

Good luck!

No...you know what the literature in all the diet pill boxes says? It says you need to diet and exercise while taking their product...well duh, if you do that you don't need their product anyway.

Most diet pills simply don't work at all...some are downright harmful...

Try bumping up your workout time...go for 5 hrs a week...or if you can add an extra half hour to full our each day that you workout (I'll often do a morning workout and an evening one, when trying to lose weight).

That and watching your calorie intake should do the trick...don't waste your money or risk your health on gimmicky pills.

I'm on a low fat low cal diet i take phentermine tab 37.5mg.
(generic for adipex) i take 1/2 pill a day.
it does work it's an appetite suppressant you get from your doctor.
one of the side affects is insomnia that's why i take 1/2.
the idea is to get your self on a healthy routine after a while you get use to feeling better by eating heather.after a while you wont need the pill anymore.
eat 6xs a day (small meals) no more than 1400 cal.and 20 grammes of fat and you will loose it .
remember take it slow don't loose anymore than 3lbs a week.
if you do adjust your cal. ive lost 41 pounds so far

One that works with long term results? No, i dont think so. Its hard to accept but the only way to lose weight is DIET and EXERCISE. A lot of those pills are harmful and can even kill you.

Now I am going to yell, considering that I'm annoyed: - DOESN'T ANYONE SEARCH THESE GROUPS?! I have got to have spoke back this query 10 instances ago 24 hours! If vitamin drugs labored, why are there such a lot of chubby individuals?! I used to weigh over 30st. I now weigh 8st four. Did I pop any drugs no I didn't. The handiest kilos you can lose that approach would possibly not be coming off your frame!

Yes

HydroxyCut AM PM

That thing works amazing...also try not to eat and continue to do what your doing.

However, once you begin and miss any cycle or day or time period of not taking the pill, your entire body becomes immune to it...it will never work again!

But it works great. I lost 10 lbs in 8 days

I lost over 40 lbs on tenuate, but it is prescription and I had an EKG and blood work prior to taking it, and had to weigh in every month. It only works for a short time, so you have to alter the way you eat and exercise also. I have kept the weight off for over a year now.
