this is not legal,you can sue that bank if its how you said it is ,that it not the correct procedure in their terms and conditions,
you have rights too!!!

No . Call an lawyer asap, I work for a law firm and they must give you time to call and set up payments, wow there goes you credit. Call a lawyer soon. Seven days is to short.

it should have been 3 months when they were allowed to repo it. You can contest this.
