El Beso Del Final
I was wondering because it is the title of one of Christina Aguilera's songs off of her Spanish album. I thought I heard it in a movie too so if you know the movie please tell me. (movie not required) thanx

P.S. does it mean the very end or something?

Beware, of phrases out of context. Yes, as many have answered, it could be translated as the "last kiss" or the "final kiss".
I could speculate and ask myself, final what? If it is the end of the digestive tract, you can be sure it means "k i s s my a s s".
