Maybe she's not getting outside enough during the time your going to bed and waking up. A doggy door can allow her to go outside when she needs to or just make sure you let her outside for a little longer than usual before you go to bed and again right when you wake up.
Making sure your cleaning the spots where she goes can help too because if she smells her urine in that spot dogs automatically think its okay to go there.

I have a little dog and we solved his peeing at night problem. First, before I fall asleep, I take him outside. Then for an extra precaution, I put down one urinary incontinent pad, not diapers, that I get from the local pharmacy. (Much cheaper than the products for pets and it is the same thing). When he has to go he uses the pad. I showed him the pad and actually told him that this was where he had to go when I was sleeping. My goodness, it worked! He only has to use it about once a week. Taking him out right before I fell asleep was hard because I was so sleepy, but it works great. I did not take his water away from him because when he is thirsty I think he should be able to have it. So, I opted to give him a spot that is okay to pee on. All I have to do is pick it up and throw it away and lay down a new one. It has plastic backing to protect any flooring. He can still sleep with me, no crate, and life is great for the both of us, as it should be.

how old is she? if she's still a puppy train her to pee outside. this is what i did to my yellow lab who is now 2 years old. using a leash i will ask him to go out the house then at the same time i'll tell him this command " let's go out duke! " once he follow, i would ask him to "do you want to pee? ok find your pee spot ". allow him to look for a spot and if u dont like the place, then direct him to your desired location in your garage (say the word "pee" while she is sniffing the ground. do it everyday single day & before she goes to bed.

Talk with the vet. Is this a training issue? A possible UTI? Incontinence? Any one of these and a vet can assist you in helping your dog. You just don't give enough info for anyone here to help you.

put her in a crate by your bed. dogs generally don't like to pee or poop in their den. make sure she goes outside to potty right before bed. then keep her in the crate until you get up in the morning. if you don't have a crate, you can try tying her to the leg of the bed with a short leash. put a bed down for her to sleep on.
good luck!

Take her water away when you go to bed, then give it back in the morning. Make sure she goes out every 2-3 hours. My friend had the exact same problem, this worked for them.

Keep her in a portable kennel. They come in all sizes.
It works and is a great way to house train puppies, too,.
