Are the messegas notifying you won in the lotto draw on "QUEEN PROMO"

Are all messages like this false messages?

Usually, yes. When you receive another one, choose the button that says: "mark as spam". Then, whenever you get e-mail from that address, Yahoo will automatically plop it in the junk folder.
Oh and anything about an online or overseas lottery - especially if you didn't enter one - is definitely spam.

Unfortunately there is not a scam button yet, so you just have to click the spam one. Eventually they get diverted to the bulk (spam) folder for easy flushing.
Note: do pre scan that bulk folder however, because I found my Fed & State tax confirmation of acceptance on the taxes in the bulk folder. I suspect, anyone doing mass mailings gets sent there, even sometimes, the legit ones.

Yes.

If you ever get any email telling you that you have won the lottery, you didn't.

If you didn't buy a lottery ticket, you didn't win. Pure and simple.

I only wish I had $10 for every time this kind of question gets asked on here.
