Should I tell my partner that slept with someone else a couple of months ago while i was experimenting with drugs (plural, and it wasnt crystal meth) We are broken up now and its only been a few days since we have been broken up but i am in two minds about whether to tell him or not and im scared of his reaction and scared he will never forgive me or speak to me again.

It would be better to tell him. He probably has a bit of an idea that you did, but may not know for sure. Or maybe someone told him and he won't admit to you he knows.

He will definitely not be happy when you tell him. But if he forgives you, then he will talk to you again. But it might be some time, so you have to back off while he sorts it out in his own mind.

Best is to tell him in person. Say you want to tell him something, and tell him how you feel about telling him and keeping it from him. Tell him what you said here, that you are scared of his reaction, which is why it has taken you this long to tell him. And say that you don't expect any reaction from him, you just want to tell him, to set things right, so that he knows what went on.

It is up to him how he reacts, so don't expect any type of reaction from him. If he talks to you at that time, then listen to what he says and answer his questions.
He might not even talk, and just walk away.

If you are broken up, there's really no need to tell him. If you tell him you are only going to hurt him.
