Take the puppy to the vet this instant. If your regular vet's office is already closed find an emergency veterinary clinic that is open.

Make sure your pup is getting plenty of fluids, they get easily dehydrated from vomiting. You can use a plastic syringe to squirt small bits of water into the corner of the mouth every 15 min. to 1/2 hour. The pups temperature should be between 101 &102.5 you will need to gently take it's temp. with a thermometer up the rectum. Don't try to feed it any food for abouy 8 hrs if it seems better feed it rice and cottage cheese mixed in small portions every couple hours. If your puppy has a temp. or continues vomiting anymore tonight or in morning go to a vet there are emergency vets open 24hrs. But if pup seems okay and not worse wait till morning. Really watch the energy and behavior it should be playful, and happy. If all goes well slowly start adding dog food into cottage cheese mixture slowly putting less and less cottage cheese mix until your back to pup food. Good Luck !

Get him to a vet.

Worms can cause vomiting, yet so can the deadly parvo virus. 7 weeks seems a little young for parvo, as it should still have some of it's Mom's antibody's, BUT, still possible. Puppies should stay with their Mom's till they're at least 8 weeks old.

No milk, can cause tummy upset.

A Change in diet can upset his tummy.

Call a vet first thing in the morning and have him checked out. Dehydration can kill a pup just as fast as parvo!

If he's lethargic, not eating, and has diarrhea... you might have reason to be concerned. Viruses (like parvo) are the main concern. Vomiting by itself might be simple or complicated. I go mainly on how the pup seems to "feel" and act before I panic. He needs to be seen at this age anyways by a vet. Might has well go tomorrow morning.

You need to contact a vet. Untill then hold off on his food. It could be all kinds of different things right down to a food change or worms. Try to keep him calm and cozy till then. Real rice might calm his stomach if you have to feed him/her.

Hope its not parvo . You need to take him to the vet asap . The sooner you treat is the better chances you have at him living

Call a vet. I don't know what to do even though I have dogs. I'd have to call the vet or a vet tech.

Good luck...I'm sorry about that.

Take him to the vet tomorrow. He may have Parvo and needs to be seen or you could loose him.
Hope it isn't that.
Good luck.
