I honestly haven't got any idea of if this service is available i Singapore or not. But you could try calling the A.A. headquarters in New York and that would be able to direct you to meetings there and/or a contact name and number who may have more info on the subject. Sorry do not have the A.A. phone number either but if you were to call information they would be able to give you it. Or if you were to contact A.A in your community they would be able to find the number out for you also. I hope that your family member is successful in getting treatment for his alcohol problem and then start living a healthy and happy life of sobriety.
